Grease on restaurant and alley dumpster pads
On the commercial side, we handled strong grease stains on dumpster pads behind restaurants and in alleyways. These stains took about two hundred fifty gallons of water, three thousand pounds per square inch of pressure, water at about two hundred degrees Fahrenheit, and industry standard degreasers to remove safely.
That level of cleaning is not realistic for most restaurant owners without specialized equipment. Weekly commercial pad service keeps grease from hardening as much as pads that sit without regular cleaning, which makes each visit more manageable.
