Name the person who brings the carts home. Shared carts in a Golden-area townhome row get washed and then sit at the street because nobody owns the return. We clean the interiors. We do not live in the HOA. If the board cannot name who rolls them back after our visit and after the hauler, the next pickup starts with lids open to hail and wind.
Wash day is not collection day. If we wash on Wednesday and the truck comes Thursday, the carts still have to leave the street after the wash. A cleaning schedule without a roll-back owner is how neighbors complain about the dirty carts when the carts are clean and simply abandoned. Photograph the pad or the curb slot so the next board knows where they belong.
Labels do not replace a name. Stenciling unit numbers helps. It does not roll a 95-gallon cart up a grade in Wheat Ridge. Put the owner in the welcome packet and in the board minutes. Our residential route can hit the row. It cannot chase carts that wandered into a visitor stall.
What we need on the call. Cart count, who currently rolls them, and whether the HOA or residents own the wheels. Britebin is based in Golden. Call 303-805-3600 or use contact. Related notes stay on the blog and service area pages.
